Position Overview:

We are excited to launch our new fit-first shopping app on the App Store, where users can take a 3D scan and be matched with garment sizes that will fit them best. We need your help to generate buzz, grow a community, and encourage conversation about the app both online and in person

We are seeking passionate and creative Brand Ambassadors to join our dynamic marketing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have an existing engaged network (in person and/or online). In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating our community, boosting engagement across our social media platforms, and leveraging your existing community and network to promote our app. If you are a shopping enthusiast with a knack for the newest tech trends and a proven track record fostering online & in-person communities, we want to work with you!

Note: *This is a part-time, project-based role. This role may be eligible for an extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement:
  • Host recurring in-person and online events to educate the community about our app - including live streams, Q&A sessions, and in person community pop-ups
  • Leverage their own social media community as well as our Fit:match audience to promote in-person and virtual events
  • Build and maintain relationships with our online community through active engagement on B2C social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster a positive and inclusive online environment, encouraging community interaction and participation
     
• Content Creation:
  • Assist in developing and curating engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with Fit:match’s brand voice
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
  • Monitor social media trends and leverage them to create relevant content
     
• Qualifications:
  • Experience with successful product or app launches
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
